The City Clerk and Deputy Clerk are Commissioners of Oaths, by virtue of their office under the Municipal Act, to commission documents such as vehicle transfers and pension forms. The forms must be printed, provided and prepared by the person requesting the service. You will also be required to verify your identity by presenting photo identification.

A Commissioner of Oaths is also authorized to create certified copies of original documents such as birth certificates.

There is a $34.00 fee per document.
