The City of Orillia, Water and Sewer Division will be conducting their annual fire hydrant inspection program. This involves the flushing, draining and testing of all municipally owned hydrants in the City. This preventive maintenance measure is necessary to ensure that the hydrants are functional if needed by the Fire Department during the winter months.
